Assalamu alaykum here is the recipe for the famous somali anjeero :)
Ingredients:
600 g Flour
180 g Semolina Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
160 g Flour with yeast
1325 ml Water
Recipe:
Mix everything together in a big bowl until it's smoothie
Close the bowl with a Cloth and wait 2 hours oder let it go overnight in the fridge.
Heat up the pan and wait until it's very hot
Now take a Soup spoon and put the dough into the plan with little circles and dont press to hard!
Wait until the wihte dough gets a bit brown. I Think it's only 1 minute.
Now take it out and put on a dish
You can served it with meat for example oodkac or Sauce or somali tea, the sweet variante.
